Lead Leak Report

See when your calls go unanswered, how fast they get called back, and how many people had to try twice. Free.

Disclosure: we wrote and sell a guide on this.

Your call log stays on your device. Your browser reads the file right here. This page doesn't upload it, save it, or use cookies or analytics, and it's built so it can't send your data anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone. (Like any website, our host keeps basic visit logs, such as your IP address. It never gets your file.) Phone numbers are hidden by default.

1. Add your call log (CSV)

Works with a Quo Analytics or call-log export, a RingCentral Call Log CSV, or any CSV with a date/time, direction, phone number, and result or length column. You'll check the columns on the next step.

or

Only upload call logs for your own business line that you're allowed to use. Your report can show callers' numbers, so share or print it with care.

How to export (as of Oct 2026): Quo: Settings, then General, then Export your data, and pick Call logs (workspace owners; Quo emails you the file). RingCentral admins: Admin Portal, Analytics & Logs, Call Log, then Download (use the Simple view); other users start from My Extension. Menu names can change; check your provider's help pages.

RingCentral exports may list one call several times (once per phone that rang, as of Oct 2026). We combine those using the caller and start time, so counts can be slightly off; use the Simple view for best results.

How it works: a call counts as missed if it came in and its result says missed, voicemail, abandoned or similar (you can change the words), or it lasted 0 seconds with no "answered" result. A callback is an outgoing call to the same number after the missed call. Results depend on what your export includes; check the column step if numbers look off. It can't see callbacks made from another phone or by text, calls forwarded elsewhere, or which calls were spam, so treat the numbers as a rough guide.

Who called back missed calls?

Your report's Callbacks section shows how many missed calls got a call back within 15 minutes, within 60 minutes, or the same day. A callback is an outgoing call to the same number after the missed call. It can't see callbacks made from another phone or by text, so treat the numbers as a rough guide.
